Puppies raised with room to roam
Meet our Decker Rat Terriers! These terriers are larger than a standard rattie, generally 25-40 lbs. They have more of a “big dog” personality, less barky/vocal than the smaller terriers.
Our puppies are lovingly raised with ample space to roam and play, ensuring they grow up healthy, happy, and well-adjusted. And yes, the pups have FULL TAILS. You just can’t beat a full tail on a Rattie!
By the time the puppies leave us, they will be using a dog door to potty outside, following on walks, coming when called, and ready to form the unique strong bond with their new person.
Terriers prefer to be with their people (or person!), and do best when they are not left alone for long periods. If you work full-time and the terrier will be left by itself at home………… consider another companion dog, or better yet, choose a corgi or golden!!!

Brandy
Brandy is one of our smaller ratties at 24 pounds. She is sweet, a tad shy, and a great mother. Her favorite things to do are chasing gophers, receiving human attention, and snuggling under blankets.

Skipper
Skipper is a super smart muscular chunk and a hunk! He can “read” both humans and other critters so well, and acts accordingly. His even-tempered nature has added a calm quality to his puppies.

Taffy
Taffy is a super affectionate girl who is an exceptional hunter.

Tracy
Taffy is one of our rescues, who will never learn to truly trust people. That’s OK. Her sister Taffy gives her all the confidence she needs to navigate in this world.
