here’s what to expect

  • Care package

Our puppies go to their new home with a bag of their accustomed food, blanket with their litter-mates’ smell, treats, toys, and other items.

  • Registration papers

Our Corgi and Golden pups are AKC registered and the parents are health tested. Our Rat Terriers are either AKC or UKC registered. AKC and UKC are the only “real” registrations in the USA.

  • First shots and de-worming

Each pup will come with age-appropriate vaccinations, as well as two or more wormings. As a general rule, the fist puppy shots are given at 6 weeks, second shots at 8-9 weeks, and third (and final for the year) shots at 11-12 weeks. That last shot session includes a rabies shot. And then they are good for a year!

  • Dog-door trained

The pups will learn to use a doggy door. At approx 5 weeks, they will begin to use the door regularly to go outside to potty. Smart little pupperoos!

“As service dog trainers, it's important that our dogs are healthy and have the right temperament. We've received two puppies from Laurie, and they are both wonderful service dogs in training. I'm confident they will make great service dogs as well. Highly recommend!”

-Carol, lead dog trainer for Project Kenny.
